About this course
Client legal privilege at common law protects confidential communications between a lawyer and client from compulsory production in the context of court and subsequent proceedings. The purpose of this to enhance the administration of justice and proper conduct of litigation, it also allows you as a lawyer to give proper advice and representation to your client.
