As an estate planner, Phillip specialises in complex inter-generational wealth protection and wealth transfer strategies for private clients. Phillip works closely with accountants, lawyers and financial advisors to assist clients to organise their affairs.
He has presented and chaired numerous seminars on will making, estate planning and estate litigation for the Taxation Institute of Australia, the Queensland Law Society Incorporated, The Law Society of New South Wales, LexisNexis, Legalwise and TEN, Western Sydney University and University of New South Wales.
