This course focuses on Legal Professional Privilege in practice instead of providing a detailed analysis of the legislation.
The course looks at (among many things) why do we need Legal Professional Privilege, when a communication is privileged, some misconceptions about LPP, and most importantly, it offers some practical tips on how to protect LPP.
The course also reviews some simple steps to take to minimise the risk of losing privilege, and provides examples of relevant cases with links for you to further explore.
