Paul Studdert
Principal and mediator, Studdert Mediations
Paul Studdert is a mediator of the Supreme Court of New South Wales who has conducted over 1000 mediations, involving applications for family provision and contested probate suits. He has conducted many seminars on aspects of probate matters and mediations of court proceedings. He is co-author of Geddes, Rowland and Studdert, Wills, Probate and Administration Law in New South Wales.
